The Trimble Thunderbolt is one of the GPS receivers that
will report subframe 4 data. The UTC parameters are in
TBolt packet 0x58 type 5. Right now, the numbers are:

a0 = -0.931 ns and
a1 = -5.33e-15 s/s (which is -0.460 ns/day).
