[time-nuts] hp 7563A Log Voltmeter Service Info Request

I have had one and a fine case they can make.
But the place to start looking is at a chopper that they use in it. Its made
of 2 neon bulbs and two photo cells. With age the neon bulbs die.
What did on a voltmeter that suffered the same issue was use a modern
chopping opamp.
Yup to a bit of doing. Other crazy thought would be to hack into the unit
and see if the bulbs might be replaced. Though hp used some smaller then
normal ne2 neons.
