[time-nuts] Thunderbolt Not Warming Up?

Hi:

Another idea to check the WWVB loop-stick was to connect it to the HP 
4395A in Spectrum Analyzer mode.  But the notation "Ext Ref" did not 
appear, i.e. the external 10 MHz reference signal is not there.  It 
should be coming from the Thunderbolt.

The Thunderbolt (although running all the time) is in Mode: (1) Warm-up, 
but the Temp is 39.1 deg C.  To see the TBolt screen:

Is this a know problem?
