[time-nuts] Chuck Norton's passing

Well shoot, when I first got the Cs bug Chuck was a bottom less well 
of information and help. He sent me parts and manuals and would not 
take anything in return. Over the years we had many a phone call and 
email. I will miss a really fine gentleman.

A fine is a tax for doing wrong.  A tax is a fine for doing well.

Peter Cooper, of Fermi Lab, says, "Every experimentalist knows
that the apparatus, or at least your understanding of it, is
always at fault until demonstrated otherwise." He also says,
"Nature is really unmoved by what I, or anyone else, believes."
