[time-nuts] USB and Mouse conflict persists

I have this problem as well. The issue is that the USB com port shows up as a different number sometimes after a reboot and thus I must go in and manually disable the 'mouse' again. 

Quite annoying when trying to set up a system that just boots up and works.
