Unfortunately my original copy is in storage with a lot of other books (I
moved recently), so not accessible at present.

Maybe someone else can help you out on this.

Rob,
is it possible to scan the asides? The PDF from NIST has the asides too dark
to be readable (the last one is really difficult/impossible to read).
