[time-nuts] Making a 10811 better

Fluorinert, a 3M trademark. They are several variants (I planned to use 
one of them for thermal transfer for a project that did not see life), 
and it is quite expensive :) (well, not too much money needed for 
filling an 10811 - a respectable amount for sure for filling a Cray-2, 
but I suppose that money was of secondary importance for that purpose)
