[time-nuts] FE-5680A arrived

The 15 volts comes from an old Toshiba laptop ps.
The 5 volts is from another switcher, similar to the  famous Meanwell.

The 15 volts seems fairly clean on my 2712.
My Racal-Dana 1992 does emit a signal on 10 MHz.
