[time-nuts] 15 Seconds error...??

Correct me if I'm wrong, but UTC gets "corrected" from time to time, but many things depend on GPS time to be consistent (no jumps), so they can't adjust it.

GPS has its own time scale.  Part of the GPS data stream contains the number
of seconds that GPS and UTC differ by.
