[time-nuts] Gigatronics 6061A Manual request

This might be easier then we think
Gigatronics is Fluke or visa versa.
So I have as an example the Fluke 6060a and believe I found the documents
online the 61 and 62 were higher frequency models using I think multiplier
and filter methods.
