January/Feb...
Seems to overlook Chilgok, Daegu, and Yeongcheong

says it's 1193m ASL, which is awful close to the 1214.14...  That could 
be a datum difference, or a tower height issue.
Daegu is the 4th largest city in Korea and has 2.5 million residents
