[time-nuts] Z3801A trouble

I figured that I had nothing to lose at this point, so I did a
":SYSTEM:PRESET". The date still seems to be correct, but now I have
to wait until the GPS almanace is rebuilt and I get lock again.
Hopefully, at that point, the strange firmware issues will go away :-)
