[time-nuts] for Mark C. Stephens re 2200 downconverter

With the odetics down converter thats a 10 Mhz lo and 35.24 Mhz IF I built
a simple mixer and a 10 X 4 multiplier to shift the IF to 75.42. Works just
fine.
