[time-nuts] FTS 4060 Cesium Time & Frequency Standard, Datum

Count me on the list of interest. I just know I will run across one at the
MIT flea. ;-)
But its been odd through the years that I have obtained a manual first and
magically at some point a unit. Numbers of time actually.
