I ran NTP on a a uVax III with 16 MB of RAM (running 4.2BSD) in the
early 90s.  That's about a 3 vaxmip CPU, so yours is probably 20x
faster.  So there's no reason it should be a problem.  The biggest
issues witll likely be keeping the OS trimmed to fit and dealing with
compiling the latest NTP to keep up.
