The odd harmonics of 10MHz do indicate a
square-ish wave. But there is also quite a bit
of 5MHz leakage, even harmonics of 10MHz, and +/-
5MHz sidebands of each odd harmonic. This rich
harmonic structure (especially, the 5MHz
sub-harmonic, the even harmonics, and the
non-integer harmonics) will substantially degrade
the phase noise of this 10MHz output.
