[time-nuts] Arduino GPSDO with 1ns res TIC

Hi Lars,

Thanks so much for joining time-nuts and posting that excellent report. I know a number of people have been talking about Arduino-based GPSDO recently and this is exactly the type of project that is of interest to us.

Understand that worse or better GPSDO implementations exist but a key point here is doing it on a wildly popular, inexpensive platform.

I hope at some point to make detailed measurements of a GPSDO like this to see how it compares with others in its class.
