[time-nuts] What did I buy? Austron 1210D-03

We used them as time transfer standards to sync the clocks at the Titan missile sites to the clock at the host base. The sequence was clock sync at the host base, travel to the site, sync the site clock, return to base and check timing error. If the error exceeded x, repeat until the error was <x. They were also used to sync the secure comm circuits.
