[time-nuts] PRS10 1 PPS Out having random phase jumps

I don't recall ever having this issue with mine.  As a general rule though I seemed to have more success using 5 and 10 MHz reference signals vs 1 pps reference signals with my HP5370's and HP5335's when making Adev measurements of 5 and 10 MHz OCXO's.
