[time-nuts] Need tiny 5MHz 10x amplifier

The tl712cp works at 5 v and is self biased. Using one on the wwvb receiver
to convert a 10 Mhz sine wave to square. 5V to 3.3 is pretty easy to
convert.
Maybe they make a 3.3V version.
