[time-nuts] Best Chance GPS module

That is the standard recommendation from all of the module manufacturers when running in timing (as opposed to survey) mode. 
It is based on empirical data that indicates WAAS degrades timing performance once the survey is compete. There are a lot of SBAS
systems out there, so who knows which systems were tested and when they checked them.
