[time-nuts] Cesium tube magnets

Hi Dave:

It's very hard to get a high magnetic field, even using modern magnets.  Here's one attempt:

The best way to use a cone to concentrate the field.  I expect modern magnets have stronger fields than those from Cs tubes.
