[volt-nuts] Solartron 7061 ROM and behaviour questions (was help request (eeprom?))

Thank you Dave,
I should explain better: SP1 is opened and
not solder-wetted, so it's fine, SP2 is solder-wetted,
but not jumpered, so it's setting should be wrong.
Do you know also what can be the conseguence of this unsoldered
jumper (I don't hae the schematics...)?
