Hi Randy - I am having the same problem with both schematics - The 500K PDF shows up as 162KB and the 0.96 MB file is 161KB.  I have 199 Mbit/s download speed.  No problem downloading other PDFs even 600 MB ones.

The usual reason for that is your download speed is slow,
and the download process times out before the entire file
has been downloaded.

You need to try again until you get the full file downloaded.
