Most of what is on the board is not particularly useful except,
possibly, the voltage regulator and connector. None of the board outputs
are the direct 10811 10 MHz output.

As others have said, it is from a 5328 counter. I went through the
search earlier this year. In the manual, the card schematic is Figure
8-10.

This zip file contains schematics and descriptions of the A3 
board attached to the 10811 OCXO in a 5328 oscillator. This board 
provides a voltage regulator for the 10811 OCXO.

The PNG files contain the schematic diagram of the board.

The chips on this board are:
U1 -  74LS90N
U2 -  74LS158N
U3 -  723PC
U4 -  MC10125L
U5 -  78L05

To use the board, connect pins 1 and 7 together as DC Ground.

Apply +22 to +28 V to pin 2.

The 5V regulator (7805) should be mounted to some sort of heatsink.

Pins 9, 11, and 6 (external freq input) do not need to be used.

J2 should produce a 10 MHz square wave.

Pin 13 is also 10 MHz square wave, and pin 3 is 1 MHz.

The potentiometer on the board can be used for fine frequency
adjustment.
