Sorry, should have said "femtoseconds" here.  Going from 10 Hz-100 kHz to 10
Hz-1 MHz with one OCXO plot I have contributes 1E-15 more jitter.  The idea
still applies, though -- just keep moving the upper limit higher until the
difference doesn't matter in your application.  With a high-qualty source
you will not usually need to extrapolate beyond the boundaries of the plot.
