[time-nuts] Auto TBolt TC Adjust

Hi

If you watch a z3801 or 3805 you can see it switch time constants. There appear to be about 4 steps on the 3805. Beyond that I have only a guess that they are starting in the vicinity of 4 seconds and finishing at or beyond 200 seconds.
