[time-nuts] Making a HP 10811 better

I assume they are running that at 1 to 100 seconds :)...

The simplest reason would be to stretch the 100 seconds to 1,000 seconds. Two common things that get you at longer tau are aging and temperature. If it's temperature in your case - you might be able to help that out.
