[time-nuts] Help with KE5FX Thunderbolt

Note that the 'KE5FX Thunderbolt' link that gets installed with the LH 3.00
beta is a remote connection to *my* Thunderbolt, which is set up to test the
TCP/IP networking code in Heather.

This is not a "production" device so it is OK to mess with it (or reset it
altogether)... but if you set it to any lat/long other than the Seattle,
Washington USA area, it will not work very well.
