[time-nuts] pn3048 software

Hi Ivan: I agree about the usefulness of noise sources. Also good with my
spectrum analyzer for filters, amps, etc.
But I haven't sen any cheap ones on ebay at least, HP's and equivalents are
around $1000 or so. Am I looking for the right thing?
