I do not know what these "instructions" you have are, but the 8840A manual
(http://assets.fluke.com/manuals/8840A___imeng0300.pdf), pp. 112 - 114, 
describes
the calibration procedure in some detail. And yes, that includes the 
200V and 1000V
ranges.
