Initial accurary +/-3ppm at 25C
Stability +/-3ppm first year
alpha +/-0.2ppm/C max, slope of curve at 25C
beta +/-0.05ppm/C max
Power coefficient +/-0.1ppm/W
Dielectric soakage <+/-0.1ppm of final value 10 seconds after 10V applied
Current reversal effect <0.1ppm
DC/AC(1592Hz) <5ppm

Rt=R25[1+alpha(t-T)+beta(t-T)^2], T=25C
