[time-nuts] AC cord or connector for 5061A

I got some from Digi-key a year or so ago.  Unfortunately, I don't 
recall the DK part number, but I recall I had to do a cross-reference 
from the Cannon part number to another manufacturer (I think AMP) and 
that's what DK had.
